How we work

Custom-made jewellery is bespoken and specifically made for an individual customer. This means that the design, materials, and other details of the piece of jewellery are tailored to your preferences and specifications. We design jewellery from a variety of materials, including gold, platinum, gemstones, and diamonds, and can be designed in a wide range of styles, from traditional to modern.

Meeting

Book an appointment with us by call, email or on our website. Our team will be willing to help you find a time and day that best suits you.

Design

During your appointment you will be greeted by a member of staff that will be with you every step of the way. We will guide you with our knowledge to make your dream jewellery become a reality and willing to answer any questions you have.

Making

Once a deposit and an agreement are confirmed, there is nothing else you can do other than to look forward to your collection date.

Delivery

We welcome you back to view your creation and hope you are delighted with the end result. You will receive a free jewellery valuation for insurance purposes once collected. We hope to see you again soon!
