Ron and his team were easily the best people I visited – their office isn’t fancy or flash, and the team are warm, welcoming and down to earth. And, most importantly, his prices are competitive. As for service – Ron sat down with me and talked me through what I wanted, what the pros and cons of each cut and grade were, and eventually helped me choose a setting and band. Never did it feel like I was being given a sales pitch, nor did he ever pressure us into the sale (something rife in other shops on the street). He was polite, patient, and made me feel like he just wanted to help me find the best ring possible. After choosing the stone they were super quick to get it set and ready for collection, and have been very swift in getting it re-sized when I inevitably got the ring size wrong. My (now) fiance loves the ring and constantly gets so many compliments on it.
