Do I need to book an appointment?
To be able to give you to time you need we advise you to book an appointment with us so we can prepare for it to meet your requirements.
How can I book an appointment?
Feel free to book it online using our website or give us a call or email. We are extremely flexible and can fit you in on the day or in advance depending on our availability.
Are you open on the weekends?
Unfortunately not, but we are in Hatton Garden Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Do you certify loose Gemstones?
We do not offer that service but are happy to recommend. Fortunately, we do offer valuations and reports for diamond and gemstone jewellery items.
I have a diamond that I want to sell, what shall I do?
We are always looking to buy second-hand diamonds as we are a diamond wholesale. You will need to make an appointment with us and if it is an interest to us, we make a same-day payment.
Do you make jewellery?
Yes, we specialise in bespoke jewellery. Our aim is to source and design jewellery for your requirements whether that is diamond or gemstone jewellery. Also, if you purchase your jewellery from us, we provide a free valuation for insurance purposes.
What is the difference between a jewellery valuation and a jewellery report?
A jewellery valuation contains details about the jewellery item/s with a recommended retail price for insurance purposes. Therefore, if you are wanting to insure your item, your insurance company will ask for a valuation. We are approved by TH March which is an insurance company for jewellery.
A jewellery report contains details about the jewellery item/s, but no price is mentioned as it is an insight into what the jewellery item/s are. Therefore, if you are wanting to sell, you would need to get a report done as it informs the potential customer what they are buying.
I want a diamond report, but my diamond isn’t loose as it is set in a ring. What do I do?
We have a service where we will be able to unset your diamond which means we will be able to scan and inspect it. Once we have received all the information needed, we will reset it for you. However, this all depends on the diamond and what mount it is set in, but we will be there every step of the way. Also, a small charge will be added to the final price.
I live far and don’t come to London often; can I have same-day service?
If you are coming from far and seeking for a valuation or a report. We will intake all the information needed during the appointment and post the hardcopy document to you. This means you will leave with the jewellery item/s and receive the valuation/report within 2-5 days.
